1 General Provisions and Definitions

The following definitions apply to terms used in these conditions:

• "Platform" refers to the 85bd website, mobile version, and all associated services.
• "User" or "You" refers to any person registered on the platform.
• "Account" refers to your personal user account opened at 85bd.
• "Bonus Funds" refers to any promotional funds provided by the platform.
• "Real Money" refers to actual funds deposited by the user.

These terms and conditions have been drawn up in accordance with Bangladeshi law and applicable regulations. In the event of any dispute, the Bengali version of this document shall be considered final.

2 Eligibility and Age Requirements

• Each person may operate only one account. Creating multiple accounts will result in all accounts being closed and any bonuses being forfeited.

• Employees or anyone whose account was previously closed may not create a new account.

We may request documents at any time to verify age and identity. 85bd reserves the right to withhold withdrawals until verification is complete.

3 Account Registration and Security

• Keeping your account password confidential is solely your responsibility. You should not share your password with anyone.
• If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify 85bd immediately.
• Transferring or selling your account to a third party is prohibited.
• Creating an account with false information or engaging in fraudulent activity will result in the account being closed immediately.

4 Deposit Terms

The following conditions apply to deposits at 85bd:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳300 (per method).
• Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and other major commercial banks).
• Deposits must be sent from your own account or mobile banking only. Deposits from third parties are not accepted.
• 85bd is not responsible for deposits delayed due to technical errors, but we always work to resolve such issues.
• If a deposit appears suspicious, 85bd may suspend the account until an investigation is complete.

5 Withdrawal Terms

The following conditions must be met to withdraw your winnings:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000.
• Withdrawals are typically processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the original deposit.
• KYC (Know Your Customer) verification may be required before a withdrawal can be processed.
• Wagering requirements must be met before withdrawing bonus funds (see Section 6 below for details).
• If fraudulent activity is suspected, 85bd reserves the right to suspend or cancel a withdrawal.

6 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

The following conditions apply to receiving and using bonuses at 85bd:

• Welcome Bonus: 200% bonus on your first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives you a ৳2,000 bonus, making your total balance ৳3,000; or depositing ৳16,000 gives you the maximum ৳15,000 bonus, making your total balance ৳31,000.
• Wagering Requirement: You must place bets 10 times the bonus amount. Example: ৳2,000 bonus × 10 = a total of ৳20,000 must be wagered before bonus winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on deposit + bonus combined.
• A bonus may only be used once and will expire if not used within the specified period.
• Claiming bonuses on multiple accounts from the same device, IP address, or household is prohibited.
• 85bd reserves the right to cancel a bonus if its terms are violated.
• Bonus wagering may be restricted to certain games — refer to the specific terms for each promotion.

7 Gaming Rules and Fair Play

The following rules must be followed when playing on the 85bd platform:

• All games are operated under fair play principles. Any attempt to manipulate results through cheating or the use of software is prohibited.
• If a game is incomplete due to a technical error, the result of that round may be declared void.
• Betting limits may vary by game — check the limits before entering each game.
• For sports betting, official results are considered final.
• If a bet is accepted by mistake or incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, 85bd reserves the right to void that bet.

8 VIP Program and Cashback

The 85bd VIP program has five tiers, each offering a weekly cashback benefit:

• Bronze: Up to 0.2% weekly cashback.
• Silver: Up to 0.5% weekly cashback.
• Gold: Up to 0.7% weekly cashback.
• Platinum: Up to 1.0% weekly cashback.
• Diamond: Up to 1.2% weekly cashback.

Progression through VIP tiers depends on your consistent activity and engagement with the platform. Cashback is paid at a set time each week and may be subject to its own wagering requirements. 85bd reserves the right to modify VIP benefits at any time.

9 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 85bd platform:

• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal fund transfers.
• Automated betting using bots, scripts, or automated software.
• Bonus abuse — exploiting bonus benefits using multiple accounts or false information.
• Colluding with other players to fix outcomes.
• Attempting to breach the platform's security systems.
• Harassing or threatening other users.

Violation of any of the above rules will result in the account being closed immediately and all balances may be forfeited. 85bd also reserves the right to take legal action where necessary.

10 Account Closure and Suspension

85bd may temporarily suspend or permanently close your account in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any clause in these terms and conditions.
• Failure to verify identity or age.
• Suspicious or fraudulent transactions.
• At your own request (self-exclusion).
• Extended period of inactivity (specific policy applies).

You may also request account closure at any time through our support team. If you have a valid balance, you may withdraw it before the account is closed.

11 Privacy and Data Protection

12 Limitation of Liability

85bd is not liable for the following:

• Any loss caused by internet connection disruptions.
• Issues arising from the user's own password or login credentials being compromised.
• Delays or errors caused by third-party payment providers.
• Unexpected technical errors or server downtime.

In any circumstance, 85bd's total liability shall not exceed the amount you have deposited yourself.

13 Right to Amend Terms

85bd reserves the right to partially or fully amend these terms and conditions at any time. A notice will be posted on the platform before any changes take effect. Continued use of the platform after changes have been made will be considered acceptance of the new terms. It is recommended that you read the terms regularly.
